How far in advance should I book
Contact us as soon as you know your event date. All rentals are subject to availability.

Can I rent just tables and chairs
Yes! Tables and chairs can be requested separately or as part of a package.

Do you offer delivery and setup
Include your delivery and setup needs in your inquiry. We’ll confirm available options and list the charges in your
quote.
How long can I keep my rentals
Your quote will include the rental period and scheduled return or pickup time. Our audio guestbook rental is $75
for three days.

Do concession rentals include supplies
Tell us which machine you need and how many guests you expect. Your quote will specify any included supplies
and additional charges.

How do I reserve my date
Request a quote first. Once availability is confirmed, accept your rental agreement and pay the required 50%
deposit to reserve your rentals. Full payment is required for bookings within 7 days of the event.

What if the weather affects my event
Contact us if weather may affect your rental. Review our Rental Policies and your agreement before booking.
